I had the pleasure of working with Amir when another lender failed to get a buyer a loan. The transaction was ready to fall apart and there was nothing the original lender could do. I was referred to Amir and he quickly screened the buyer and then went into action. He did what the other lender couldn't...get the loan approved in record time. Not only that, but even with the delay that was caused by the other lender, we closed the transaction early. BRAVO to this guy! A true professional and my new go to guy. Thank you Amir.

We would recommend Amir in a heartbeat! Jim and I wanted a more personal approach (local person, versus computer transactions). Amir is part of the Morgan Hill community. He told us what documentation we needed. We took the paperwork to him (we had the option of electronically sending it, but once again, we preferred the in person approach) on Thursday before Christmas. Amir took the time to help us explore our loan options and determine which option worked best for us. The next morning we received the email of the loan approval. We were amazed with the ease and speed of the entire process from beginning to money in hand - less than two weeks (that’s with Christmas & New Year’s holidays)! So if you want personalized service, professionalism, ease and speed in transacting your mortgage, Amir is your guy!
